These terms apply to purchases made through Thick As Thieves Streetwear & Graffiti Supplies Ltd. They should be read alongside our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy & Data policies.

Orders and payment

Prices and delivery charges are shown before checkout where applicable. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount due.

Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens, garments and production batches.

Custom orders

For custom printing, embroidery, artwork or merchandise, production begins only after the agreed order details and any required artwork or proof approval are received. Customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, sizes, colours, quantities and artwork details before approval.

Customer-supplied artwork

By supplying artwork, logos, photographs, wording or other material, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to authorise us to reproduce it for your order.

Production times

Custom-production times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed. We will tell you if a material delay becomes apparent.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Data Policy.
